Awarded Doctoral Training Grant from EPSRC. Explored participatory sensing and social and information networks. Worked on crowdsourcing and citizen science projects. Created a research project called Wildsense that aims to track objects in the wild through the aggregation and analysis of large datasets using social network analysis, data analysis, machine learning and crowdsourcing. The work was featured by media including BBC, National Geographic and Fast Company. Founded and sold a University spin out company during studies. Also led commercialisation of innovative University intellectual property from the Computer Science department.

Clearly Aaron is a talented guy. His achievements to date take my breathe away and yet he's so humble. Aaron is extremely hard working and has built a powerful team around him, he is delivering on his promises in the short, medium and long term despite the impact of COVID-19. What I enjoyed the most about coaching Aaron, was knowing that he's got all his bases covered.
